Estos son algunos de los retos a los cuales se enfrentan los actores involucrados en la respuesta para que la ayuda sea eficaz y respetuosa con las poblaciones afectadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Estas cuestiones son, sin duda, extrapolables a cualquier proyecto humanitario y motivaron la aparici\u00f3n de iniciativas e instrumentos internacionales para mejorar la calidad de la ayuda a las v\u00edctimas de desastres y\/o conflictos armados. Fue el caso, por ejemplo, del popular Manual Esfera, de las Normas HAP para la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas o de la metodolog\u00eda COMPAS de aseguramiento de la calidad. Tras varios a\u00f1os de trabajo entre estas iniciativas y destacadas agencias humanitarias de todo el mundo, se public\u00f3 al final de 2014 la Norma Humanitaria Esencial que representa uno de los mayores avances en el \u00e1mbito humanitario para definir las caracter\u00edsticas de una acci\u00f3n humanitaria de calidad con especial atenci\u00f3n a la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas hacia los\/as beneficiarios\/as.<\/p>\n<p>Este taller se plantea de manera simult\u00e1nea con el <a href=\"http:\/\/campusiecah.org\/www\/minisite_CHS\/index4.5.html\">lanzamiento de la Norma en Espa\u00f1a<\/a> y pretende ofrecer una panor\u00e1mica de sus posibles usos. Tambi\u00e9n pretende facilitar la participaci\u00f3n de los actores humanitarios espa\u00f1oles en el desarrollo futuro de la herramienta en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p
